// PowerSite Data Center Group — About
Specialist advisory across land acquisition, site selection, development, leasing, and investment sales — for investors, operators, tenants, and institutions.
PowerSite Data Center Group is Canada's specialist data center commercial real estate and development advisory firm. We serve the full spectrum of participants in the data center market — from first-time investors exploring digital infrastructure as an asset class to multinational hyperscalers requiring hundreds of megawatts of purpose-built Canadian capacity.
Our practice covers every transaction type: acquiring powered land for development, representing tenants leasing colocation or wholesale capacity, advising developers on project feasibility and execution, and running disposition processes for investors selling stabilised assets or portfolios. On qualifying development programs, we co-invest equity — aligning our upside directly with our clients' outcomes.
We hold real estate licences in Alberta (RECA), Ontario (OREA/RECO), and Saskatchewan (SRSA), and work in formal partnership with licensed US brokerages across our target American markets.
We only do data center real estate. Every engagement, every transaction, every market we cover is data center — giving our clients access to knowledge and relationships that a generalist CRE firm cannot replicate.
From sourcing land to commissioning a finished data center — our mandate covers the full development lifecycle, not just the transaction. This means we stay with our clients from first brief to occupancy.
On qualifying development projects, we co-invest equity. Our financial upside is directly tied to project performance — not just advisory fee collection. This changes the nature of every conversation.
We hold active real estate licences in Alberta, Ontario, and Saskatchewan — and work in formal partnership with licensed US brokerages. Compliance is never an afterthought.
We maintain an active database of data center-viable land across our primary markets — including off-market parcels that never reach public listing. Our clients access inventory that competitors cannot.
Our buyer network is not generic CRE capital. It is specifically institutional capital that underwrites and prices data center assets — REITs, infrastructure funds, pension funds, and family offices seeking digital infrastructure exposure.
